GYM HIIT

​Time for a quick HIIT workout at the gym!
This workout has 5 exercises that you will complete in a circuit, one after the next.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Then rest for 15 seconds before going to the next exercise.
Rest for 1 minute after the circuit and complete 3 times through.

For an added bonus, use your Cardio Coach Gym Interval Timer to guide you through your workout!​
